SkY Solution ("us", "we", or "our") operates the "Contacts" mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the "Contacts" app. By using our app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Personal Information

We DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information while you visit, download or upgrade our products, your personal information like your email addresses, Security question and answer, your passwords, media files and information stored within your device. We will not collect or store your Personal Information and we will not use, transfer or disclose your Personal Information, excepting the personal information that you submit to us when you send an error report.

Non-Personal Information

We collect your non-personal information when you are using our, including your device information, operation system, logs. We may collect the information you provided to us. Please make sure that you will not send us or disclose any sensitive information such as information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health information, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership of past organizations, including trade union memberships. We will not sell, trade, or transfer your information to any third party. We will not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, such as combining your unique User Device number with your name.

Permissions & Information Collection we use in our app

Identity: find accounts on the device and listing for you to set as your email password recovery.

Photos/Media/Files: Read the contents of your phone memory and SD Card and Copy, Paste, Move and also delete files as per your action taken.

Default Phone: To set default dialer and call screen

Call Log Data: The app requests permission to access your device's call log through the Android.permission.READ_CALL_LOG and android.permission.WRITE_CALL_LOG permissions. This access is necessary to provide you with features such as call history and call recording. We use this information solely to enable these functionalities within the app and do not store or transmit this data to any third parties.

Notifications: The app may utilize the android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to incoming calls, missed calls, or other relevant app updates. These notifications are solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience within the app.

Contacts: The app requests permission to access your device's contacts through the android.permission.READ_CONTACTS and android.permission.WRITE_CONTACTS permissions. This access enables features such as dialing from your contact list and displaying contact information within the app. We do not store or transmit your contact data to any third parties.

Full-Screen Intent: The app may use the android.permission.USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT permission to display full-screen call notifications when receiving incoming calls. This feature enhances the user experience by providing a seamless call interface.

External Storage: The app may require permission to write to external storage (android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) to store call recordings or other user-generated content, if applicable. We ensure that any data stored in external storage is used solely for the intended purpose within the app and is not shared with third parties.

Log Data: We do not collect any log data from users of the "Contacts" app other than the call log data mentioned above.

Cookies: The "Contacts" app does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Third-Party Services: We do not utilize any third-party services or integrate with third-party platforms in the "Contacts" app.

Security: We are committed to protecting the security of your information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Advertisements: The app integrates Google AdMob SDK for displaying advertisements. AdMob, a Google service, may collect and use information about your device and usage patterns for targeted advertising purposes.

Uninstalling

You may Uninstall Contacts Application by using any uninstall utility that accompanies the installed Contacts through the uninstall mechanism provided by your compatible operating system. Uninstalling the app will cause them to cease to functioning. Uninstalling Contacts will result in you not being able to access any protected data that was stored using the Contacts application. Uninstalling Contacts will result in the inability of others backing up to that device to retrieve their backed up data from that device. Sure Apps does not warrant that any and all portions of the Contacts will be removed by any uninstall utility or the uninstall mechanism of your operating system. Sure Apps does not warrant that all of your mobile device’s software content, including but not limited to the operating system, will regress to a state of operation, including but not limited to settings and options that are identical to those that existed prior to the installation of Contacts Application. You remain bound by the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to its disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, exclusive remedy, intellectual property, and ownership clauses even after you uninstall the Contact Software.

Children

We do not collect, use or disclose personal information from children. If you are under 13, you may use our applications when you are with a parent or guardian. We do not provide service focus on Children.
